MONTREAL – November 15, 2017 – InstruMMents, an innovation company founded by the creators of Misfit Shine and 01, introduces Olie, an intelligent lighting collection. Carved in metal, and exuding minimal elegance, Olie lights are designed to fit any room. The collection discretely hides a suite of powerful and intelligent features beneath the surface, including wireless charging and voice assistance, focused on delivering smart features exactly where you need them. The Olie collection is available for pre-order today on Indiegogo with limited early bird units starting at $64.
“Our interior spaces are ready for a serious overhaul,” said InstruMMents founder, Mladen Barbaric. “But we believe this overhaul requires designing elegantly, not adding dozens of strange new devices and wires. Technology should disappear into life.”
The Olie intelligent lighting collection consists of table and floor models, and comes in either spot or area light configurations, creating solutions for every desk, bedside table, living room or kitchen. The table models feature Qi wireless charging bases for mobile phones, and come with an option to include Alexa or Google Assistants. The floor models feature an option of Voice Assistant.
“We wanted to create iconic intelligent lights to compliment any interior. We wanted to declutter desks, tables and floors, give people profoundly useful technology features, provide a touch of luxury, and do all of this at a price everyone can afford.” said Min Choi, Chief Designer at Pearl
Studios, the award winning brand and product development firm responsible for the design of the Olie collection. The introduction of the Olie Intelligent Lighting Collection comes just as InstruMMents wins the prestigious CES Best of Innovation Award for their 01 Dimensioning Instrument.
The Olie collection is available for pre-order now on Indiegogo with limited quantity super early bird units for as low as $64, and a retail price starting at $129.
